Received a letter from my TD company today which states that my IP is seeking mine and their discharge on 7th September - which is fantastic.

Also though it says they are required to hold a meeting of creditors, but then contradicts by saying no such meeting is necessary?

Any reason for this or is it standard??

Hi tinsoldier

Did you sign before April 08?

That said, it's a formality & nothing to worry about.
