14th July was the date I was told.

I may be wrong, but I'm not sure we will get a judgement until some time after that date though.

It's to enable consideration of the arguments and issues raised in court.

Here's the information I added to another thread on 13th June which was provided to us by someone who's pretty well connected to what's going on:

"I think it might worthwhile letting people know that whilst there appears to be a hearing on the appeal of the Lord Jones decision in July (12 and 13 I think) I am reliably informed it could be some time after that the judges will issue their decision. Additionally, I have heard that it is possible that an appeal in the Sheriff Court decision on the Donnelly case will be conjoined with that, although it is not clear it will be".

I believe it's to do with whether RBS can set-off a PPI payment against an old debt after the borrower completed an insolvency procedure (which discharged their debt to RBS).
