I have been discharged from my PTD for 15 months however, I recently had a letter from a debt recovery firm stating that they had taken on responsibility of collecting my debt and I had to contact them in relation to a debt that was covered by entering a PTD. Is this a standard letter, or should I be concerned?

Probably standard. Best contact them and advise them of the trust deed.
It will be fine as they are unable to do anything.
