Hi,
We still have to sort out the equity,we sent all the paperwork back regarding the claim for PPI( trust deed company asked for this), surely that wouldn't delay our discharge.I am going to write to them over the weekend about this and our discharge date, would rather this than dealing with it over the phone.

So do you have equity that you need to release before you can be discharged, lorrainek? Maybe the extra year is in order to give you time to do so, or to pay it off by instalments?
