Just received an email to say our last payment was taken on the 1st ..... A month earlier than we were expected to finish, what a great feeling after 3 long years. We still have to wait on vat and ppi before we can be totally discharged but hopefully this will be done quickly and efficiently as was the trust deed.
So there is light at the end of the tunnel and now we can start to enjoy being paid at the end of the month and first thing on the agenda is a savings account #128522;
Thanks for all the answers to my questions guys and this forum was a godsend when I really needed to see I wasn't alone

Great news Bravator and congratulations on making your last payment. Enjoy the free income, I'm sure you have learnt a lot for the better. I am sure your trustee will oversee an efficient wind down of the Trust Deed and you can expect to receive a discharge letter soon!

Thanks rob and yes a lot has been learnt... If you don't have the cash to buy it...... Save up and it will be appreciated a lot more!!!!
