Hi. Looking for a bit of advice. I have paid what I think is my last payment to my TD. I wondered what would happen now. Should I be contacting my TD company to see if I should cancel my direct debit to them or will they do all the necessary work and I just wait to hear from them at some point?

Thanks

Phone them up to confirm that the payment was in fact your final one. Well done for getting through the TD. Have they contacted you about PPI?

Hi. Thanks for your replies. I was contacted about PPI earlier this year but as I logged an objection I was assured that this was no longer being looked into but I will ask for clarification on this from my TD company.

Thanks again

I told my company that there was no ppi and they have discharged me but remain in office to chase up any ppi(which there isnt any of!!). Expect them to wrap it up by august.

Confuseddotcom, when did you sign your trust deed,I think if it was after april 2008 then your trustee can dischrage you but remain in office to chase up your ppi.

There is no need to delay your discharge then, but the trustee may remain in office to look into PPI claims.
