I took out a trust deed with KPMG in 2008, that was contracted to end in April 2012. I am still making monthly payments, and have recieved no notice of release. In the last few months KPMG have started claiming back PPI on the debts, which is outside the contract time period. Who should recieve any refunds? Since my contract ended over a year ago, am I due a refund from KPMG for payments made? I recieved PPI refunds from 2 of several creditors, but they have informed me that refund will go directlyto KPMG. Am I entitled any of this?

Hello emzy1974.

Have you asked KPMG why payments are still being made? Trust deeds aren't extended without a good reason. Let us know what they say and it we'll then be able to answer this part of your question.

Regards PPI, your trustee almost certainly has a right and an obligation to gather these funds to help pay back more of your debts to your creditors.

If the extra payments are purely because of an oversight then you should be entitled to those funds back. Best check that there is not some other reason though.
