Hi all,

Hoping someone may be able to help.

I was discharged in 2017 and I don’t appear on the AIB and nothing appears on my credit file.

I have recently had a mortgage agreed in principal with no issues after being upfront with my mortgage advisor.

However, my solicitor has advised that during a legal search, my TD is still showing and has asked me to contact my trustee to sort it out.

However, I took out the TD with Knightsbridge who were then taken over by Kelsom but I have tried to email both and the email is invalid like neither of them exist anymore.

Can anyone help with who I contact to check that I have been discharged properly please?

Thanks

Try Carrington Dean as I started a trust deed with Knightsbridge, and now Carrington Dean are dealing with it.

Thanks,

Hi Mrsmo.

Hopefully you'll get the information you need this morning.

As a back-up the Accountant in Bankruptcy helpline may also be of assistance to you.

... though I don't think the AIB are taking calls yet, as far as I know, due to working from home. It may need to be an email query to them to clarify who your trustee was at the time of closure.
