Well it just goes to show what putting a bit of pressure on does.

Last week I told Knightsbridge that if I didn't have my Form 5 by today I'd be raising a complaint with the trustee, ombudsman and IFA.

Today I got a phone call that my Form 5 was put in the post yesterday!

If anyone else is with Knightsbridge, just keep on at them!

That's excellent news FinishedMarch15. Congratulations on your persistence.

In respect of all firms (rather than this one in particular) I think it's entirely legitimate to press for a good level of service.

Hi FinishedMarch15,

Well done on successfully completing your Trust Deed and by now hopefully receiving your Form 5 in the post.

As TDA has advised, a good level of service is key and if someone feels that this hasn't been delivered by a firm then they can consider further action. Sometimes the threat of this is enough to get a response or move things forward.

I'm sure there is a digital Form 5 conga line around somewhere that you can join

Best wishes for the future and enjoy being debt free.

Form 5 arrived in the post!

If I wasn't pregnant I'd be enjoying a bottle of prosecco around now! A takeaway will have to do lol Now I just need to hope that this doesn't hold us back on our tenancy application on a new house!

Thanks for all the best wishes and advice so far!

Good to hear you have received your Form 5 in the post!

I don't think it will hold you back with the tenancy application.
