Hi

I set up my TD with Kelsom Associates in Scotland and I have been advised it has changed hands to Knightsbridge. I find this very unsettling, I had a contact in Glasgow I could speak to via email of phone any time I needed to. Now I have this company who when you call you speak to different people all the time. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Also I received my 2nd year review in & It say I have now to get the form witnessed & there is a section in it saying "that a suitable amount to allow for my aliment and relevant obligations in terms of section 32 of he Bankruptcy Act 1985 is ยฃ2084"

Can one of the advisor help with this????

A very worried Chillypink ๐Ÿ™

Hi Chillypink.

I can appreciate that this must be unsettling. Unfortunately, as with any type of business, these types of things will happen from time to time.

I'm not certain what the "aliment" paragraph means but I'm sure one of our experts will clear that up soon enough...

Hi Chillypink. I am with Knightsbridge but at their Manchester office. Although it is sometimes difficult to speak to the same person my contact is always fairly prompt with replies and information via e-mail. The guys on the phone are also fairly informative and always pass on information and any queries to him promptly. I not sure about your other queries but have found them really easy to deal with so far and have no issues. First year almost in and within that year I have had a circumstance change that was dealt with quickly and favourably. Good luck.

Hi Chillypink. The sentence you quote about "aliment" looks like it is just their way of saying "ยฃ2084 is what your living costs amount to each month".

Thanks Kevin, yes I called them & they confirmed that's what it is, although the figure is wrong but I found them very helpful. Seems like I may have been worrying over nothing Black Night. Entering our 3rd & hopefully final year!!!
