......My Trust Deed today, now the wait begins to see if it gets protected... Fingers crossed, this must be the worst bit waiting for the decision... At least I can hopefully start looking to getting my life back on track and being able to sleep at night without worrying about my debts.....

I'm sure it will be fine. IP's know what the creditor guidelines are and as long as they stick to them, then this should be okay, as long as we Tic all the boxes!
