I didn't know there was an IVA forum, very similar to this until TDA posted a link about Lloyds TSB.
Me, me be, decided to have a wee quick nosey at it.
Given the area that is covered by IVA compared to Scottish Trust Deed, I would assume there would be a lot more people with IVAs (could be wrong)

Having a quick look at their forum, the first page has posts going back to the 4th of January, 4th January on this site is many pages back.

Two conclusions -
1 - Here in Scotland we are more keen to share our experiences and advice and of course ask for advice
2 - Maybe we as a nation are just far too chatty lol

Hi saabrina.

You are correct, many more people do enter IVAs each year. Given the relative population sizes this may not be a surprise to you.

The site I linked to last night is much newer and less well established than this one. There are also a number of other IVA forums running on the web.

If you look at IVA forums you can see that many of the concerns raised are quite similar to those which are raised here.

I moderate on another well established IVA forum so if anyone sees another plasticdaft, its meee!!!

I found it several years before discovering this place and have made many friends through it.
