I almost had a hart attach this morning care of RMS Tenon.!

I opened up my personal emails to see a mail there from our administrator at RMS simply titles Trust Deed. My first initial thought was PANAIC. What has gone wrong, why are they contacting me when things seems to be going well?

So with much trepidation I opened up the mail and read the content.

The first line read I refer to the above and advise that I have now received confirmation of your mortgage redemption figure. PANIC, PANIC, PANIC.!

The next paragraph went on to explain issued a letter of confirmation  confirming the Trustee has no interest in your property

I knew that the mortgage to house value were roughly the same based on the valuation RMS had done and that no equity was going to be perused in the property during or at the end of the PTD's. But, given the issues some posters on here had wrote about in this space, it is very nice to have it confirmed 100% that even if the market resurges and the property value jumps up I won't have to worry about it with regards to the PTD.

So PANIC OVER And a big sigh of relief for me today! Another Milestone reached!
