Hi, I was discharged from my trust deed on 6/01/15. I recently received a letter from my trustee. It is an adjudication report to creditors ststing amounts to be paid to them by or after 19/01/15. Checked ROI my discharge is registered although trustee has not as yet. Is it just a matter of waiting.

Not quite a form 7 yet, slickboy, but looks like the Trustee is going through the closure procedures now so shouldn't be too much longer.

My husband & I both received a similar sounding document (both on a TD) so we were prepared to wait the 14 days for the final discharge. meanwhile 2 days later my husband got another letter which told him to check a given web site to view his closure report. I've emailed to ask (very courteously!!)if I'll get one too. It was a surprise that the letter came so soon after the form 6 documents. Has anyone else experienced this and does it mean he is now discharged and I'm not?! . . . yet!

My husband checked the letter and the web site and it seems the letter simply gives him the access to a website where he can see the documents. No discharge letter yet. I'm just puzzled why I didn't get one too - I'll wait to get a reply to my email from our contact at Creditfix. They've been very good so far communicating with us.
