Good evening,
Just a quick question.
Does my IP have the right to ask my bank account for statements on my account?
I'm just asking as they said they never received my wage slips and statements and never had my address so they just went and got my statements from my bank.
Just be interested to find out.

Yes your trustee has the right to request this info.
