After much probing and being a general pain in the back side I have found out that my ex trustee now faces further action , for breaches of fundemental principals of professional competence and due care .

I wonder how long he has to appeal ? it has been 6 weeks since the tribunal and as usual I know nothing , shame on you IPA.[B)]

Hi Pinalta

Who is taking the further action?

Is the Tribunal result formally published? As the complainant, are you meant to receive a copy of the judgement? (I am comparing it to an employment tribunal where both parties receive a written copy of the outcome).

Where do you stand personally now? What are your next options?

Nothing offical until I get a copy of the judgement , and the IPA say they are waiting to see if he appeals , given that the judgement was 6 weeks ago I would think he had more than enough time to appeal .

Sanctions may include a restriction order and a fine , or revoking his licence it seems that the IPA are yet again a toothless outdated governing body . Who always keep the complainant uninformed and the last to know anything .

If I get the judgement in writing , I will take him to court accordingly as I am not finished with him by any means as its personal.

Hi pinalta,

I'm glad to see that (painfully slow) progress continues to be made that you have reason to consider favourable.

Disciplinary decisions about trustees (once the process has been fully completed) are made publicly available.

Hi TDA , just a notice about the hearing on the 29th of June on the regulation notice page and that only went up in the last 2 weeks. I will continue to be a pain in the butt until I get answers not excuses .

It sounds like the process might not yet be fully completed pinalta.

not far off 3 years a farce of biblical proportions Cecil D would have been proud to produce such an epic story of excuses and time wasting .
Then again truth is often stranger than fiction , in acardia dei.

I wonder how many phone calls and emails it will take for the IPA to reply to me ?, waiting since last Tuesday for the investigation officer to phone me back , phoned again yesterday and the same result if bovine waste was snow, the IPA would be a ski resort .[8D]

Well the IPA have just told me its going to take another 2 months MINIMUM to complete the process and I am not entitled to know anything until it becomes public information , so from the hearing its going to take 6 months to know .

To be honest pinalta, it sounds like something quite serious might be going on behind the scenes?

I think TDA is correct Pinalta - and from sounds of it no stone is being left unturned. I know it doesn't feel like it but this may well be in your favour.
