Hi new to this and resorted to asking here for advice as i feel invocas are not providing me with any feedback as to what status my trust deed is at...
Now ive paid back the three year payments and was finaly debt free in january 2010.. ive been contacting invocas to see when they have any information coming my way to say thats it basically!!!..
ive had all sorts of excuses and been passed from dundee to glasgow and now getting shipped to edinburgh... was told there was back logs, then getting dealt with next week!! here iam 4 month on and still nothing!!.. anyone know what could be wrong or what there playing at???

Hello couped,
If all payments are completed and there are no outstanding issues it is hard to understand why Invocas would need so long to close a case. This isn't the first time that this subject has been mentioned on this forum and in direct contact from visitors to the site support team.
Our experts have previously commented that this should take no more than a few weeks.
If you are unahppy with this situation I think it would be best, at this stage, to put your complaints in writing addressed personally to your Trustee.
Hopefully this will get things moving for you... please let us know how you get on.

Thanks for your advice, unfortunately i only have an address for there dundee office which funnily enough is closed down, so the deed was transferred to edinburgh and now being delt with in glasgow!!.. ive tried phoning this week to chase it up but my trustee is failing to provide a written address i can write too, all i have is a contact number for dundee in which it gets passed about until i speak to my supposed trustee.. i have had no letters or corraspondance since i signed the trust deed 3yrs 6 mnths ago!!! any advice now?

I am surprised that you have had no correspondence in that time period as they are required to send out current status updates on a 6/12 monthly basis. In addition you should be copied into all circulars to creditors.
If you let me know who the Trustee is, I'll obtain their address for you.

Hi there mark, i tried phoning this morning and got through to my supposed trustee, gayle?... who was unwilling to provide her last name, i told her about the above and as usual i got the "oh..right..mmm..well it should have been done..its still on our system so i cant give you a deadline to when were going to be dealing with it".... cool head over a quick phone call before i was told to contact them at the end of next month to check on my status.... am fuming..and at loss!!! companys invocas and gayle is all i know..
