3 payments left. Received a letter saying my TD has been taken over by a new IP as from 2 weeks ago. Tried to call all morning and no answer. Now panicking is all ok with invocas. What would happen if company closed at this stage!!!

Hi Mrs Mac.

I haven't heard that they have.

Hopefully there's no need whatsoever for you to worry. Arrangements are made for there to be continuity of a trustee by all firms in the event that something were to change.

Hi Mrs Mac

This shouldn't have any effect on the closing process. Best leave it till you've made the final payment, then hassle them like mad to close!

Hi Mrs Mac

It is indeed a bank holiday ( not for us though !)

I'm sure you'll get a response when things settle as there's the usual confusion when the IP changes.

I understand they lost one of their insolvency practitioners. It should be a simple case of one of the others taking you on with no change whatsoever to your case timescales.
