I have posted several times about my concerns regarding my trust deed. The first 4 months of my TD my payment to my credit union for a loan continued to be taken out of my salary and this meant I did not have enough money to survive each month so invocas told me to reduce my payments to them by the same amount and they would claim it back. For the past 38 months they have been unable to reclaim this money as the credit union continue to ignore their correspondence. I was told my TD would be extended to pay the difference. Following years of letters and phone calls I was finally told today that won't be the case as clearly it wasn't my fault. I have asked for this in writing but have to say I am pleased Invocas have done the right thing.

That's good to hear Mrs Mac. What a relief for you I'm sure.

I'm glad that an outcome which is fair, for you at least, has been found.

It's been a long hard slog but I have learned a very valuable lesson in life. It's great to have everything you want but not so great when you can't sleep at night due to worry and self inflicted stress. I remember the day my husband and I signed our TD and I watched the tears in his face as we left the office. It was a moment when I didn't know if we had made the right decision. 40 months paid and 8 to go and I know it was the right thing to have done. We would have ended up loosing the roof over our head if we hadn't taken action when we did. Thanks to everyone on this forum for the help and support. It is very much appreciated.
