Hi, I wonder if someone could help please. I'm considering entering a Trust Deed, I'm in discussions at the moment. One thing that I was wondering last night was, with regards to car insurance and house insurance. I currently pay these up monthly. When it comes time for renewal will I still be able to do this or will the insurance companies do a credit search and refuse me credit? Does anyone have experience of this please? Also the same with regards to my mobile phone, when it's time for an upgrate in 14 months will a credit check but run and refused ??

Thank you

If you stay with your current mobile company you can renew no problem. Regarding insurances we found that once or twice when online buying, the option to pay monthly wasn't there so we just went with other firms so it's not an issue at all.

This is my second year with Swinton, not only did they offer monthly payments but also the best deal for my car insurance. I have my house contents insurance with More Than, you need to be careful as sometime with insurance it's in the small print about insolvency, best to ask up front. I've recently renewed my mobile contract without any problems.
