Please can I enquire.
If my husband was to be left a small amount in a will from either of his parents, would he have to contribute this to MY Trust Deed in my name?
i.e. I have around £4,000 left to pay on my TD, if my husband was left £2,000 in a will, would this be taken off us and put to my TD, even though it is his inheritence money and not mine?
Any help appreciated thanks.

Generally no, as the trust deed deals only with your affair.
