Hello,
If my husband inherits money, will that be viewed as a circumstance where he has to pay towards my trust deed.
Thanks.

No but he is in a DAS and will likely pay his debt off. I thought maybe the fact we were married made a difference but maybe not as its his inheritance?

Welcome to the forum molly76.

This wouldn't be a windfall that you have to go to your trust deed if it were payable to your husband only.

Depending upon how it affects your future household circumstances I suppose there might be some potential that it could influence your future monthly contribution. This all depends upon your trustee's analysis of the detail though.
