hi there
My step mother and father are going through seperation due to maraige breakdown, My step mother has alot of small debts and has apparently applied for a trust deed. I am woried that my dad may loose his house as thier mortgage is a joint mortgage. he is almost 60 yrs old and im worried about the stress of this and he has no idea what effects this trust deed will have on him can any1 help me with some information.

I think you are right to be concerned and as I always advise, it is best to have the position with the house clarified in writing before doing anything.
