Hi, I'm new to this and need some info on TD'S. I know this question may be silly and confusing! I currently rent from family friends and have no missive etc. Would this be a problem when entering a TD?

Hi Lucky16 and welcome to the trust deed forum.

Your question isn't in the slightest bit silly, the forum is here to provide answers to any question that is important to a visitor.

I would imagine that a letter from your landlord clarifying rent details would be sufficient. Our experts will confirm how their companies would handle such a situation, which I'd imagine must come up in reality quite frequently.

Hi Lucky16

No, it shouldn't be an issue. TD is correct, a letter or similar would be sufficient.
