New to the forum and looking for some info.

The last payment for my trust deed is due to be paid in July. I've just come across some paper work for two 'pay day' advance type loans that i hadn't declared to my trustee at the time of signing the deed (but i haven't had any letters from them demanding payment). How will this effect discharge from the trust deed?

Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello newboy,

I'm not sure that this will have much effect on the closure of your Trust Deed.

If these debts were not included at the start of the Trust Deed you will remain liable to repay them.

It doesn't matter that the debts weren't included at the start of the trust deed newboy. You should tell your trustee about these debts so that they can contact the lenders and pay them a dividend along with the rest of your creditors. The debts will not need to be repaid but will be cleared along with everything else and there should be no affect on the closure of your trust deed.
