Hi ,
My debts are approximately ?ú25k,?ú7000 of this is owed to previous employers(clawbacks)when I worked in financial services,can someone tell me if these industry debts are treated differently to your normal credit card/loan debts when entering into a TD

No, the debts are treated exactly like any other debts. I have a number of IFA's in a similar position and the debts are not treated any differently.
