Hi Kev
Firstly, they are not a Trust Deed firm, so I am unsure what paperwork you have.
I have dealt with them twice and they are a debt management firm, so I suspect you are heading towards a debt management plane. My advice is always to look at the options available, speak to someone face to face and ensure it is all clearly marked down in writing before signing anything.

PS running my daughter to the airport hence the 04.30 response. It seems the flight will be shorter than the time it takes for her to get ready!

Hi it's the latter of the stuff what debts I have and letter saying they can act on my behalf etc
Hi KeV
I'm not sure in what capacity they will be acting on your behalf.
If you are looking at a Trust Deed, the I would advise you speak directly with a licenced practitioner. They will run through all the options available, to see if this is the best option and cut out the middle man.
