Just by chance I came across this forum today, great site and just wish I had done a search 28 months ago to fully understand what my wife and I were letting our selfs in for. To all of you that help.Thank You.

I'm amazed that the matter was not fully explained at the start, especially with the endowment and potential equity. Even more amazed that no valuation was done.

It can become a little confusing here when a communication gets split between two threads in this forum. I think Mark is partly responding here to the numbers you presented in your other thread.
Sadly, it does appear (from the numbers in your other thread) that the amount of equity in your share of your property is much higher than you expected. Your trust deed provider will be obligated to deal with that one way or another I'm afraid.
I'd suggest talking through the options with them so that you know where you stand.
