Aim:
Secure/protect all of my assets, in trust, for my children/grand children, in case I end up in a home.
Back ground:
I have been to a traveling trusts presentation from Universal Wealth Preservation, has anyone heard of this company?
Are they reputable?
Is this the right direction to achieve my aim?

Hi magsbeccles and welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately I think you may have found the wrong forum. A Trust Deed is a formal Scottish Insolvency Solution for Scottish residents to deal with their debt problems i.e. Loans, credit cards, overdrafts etc.
David is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum

I think David's correct, the subject matter we cover here appears to be different to the subject you're considering.

Perhaps a solicitor may help you......I wouldn't recommend any trustee on this occasion.
