I signed a Trust Deed with Mark's firm in April 2008 and I received a letter yesterday enclosing a form 5? The letter says
'I refer to previous correspondence regarding the above and am pleased to advise that I have paid a final dividend payment to your creditors and have now sought my formal discharge as Trustee from your creditors. The discharge will be effective unless objections are received from the majority of creditors within 14 days.
Please find attached signed Form 5 which I have forwarded to the Office of The Accountant in Bankruptcy to register your formal discharge from the Trust Deed'
It may be a stupid question, but is that it finished?

Do you have any new plans now that you are free of the unsecured debts and the trust deed?

Yes, your Trust Deed is finished (I know coz I did it myself)Hopefully it was as hassle free as I promised.
You can now look forward with a bit extra money in your pocket.

Hi both
Yes, it went fine with no issues from the beginning, middle to the end (despite me asking if it was finishied!)
Nothing planned with the extra cash, I might plan a night out with the missus at the weekend, although I might not tell her its finished. Cant believe it was 3 years, as it did go very quick.
Many thanks again for all your help and please say thanks to Maria also who was brilliant throughout.
