Hi
My partner is considering entering into a trust deed, he has 2 creditors and debts of around 15,000, would a trust deed be an option for him?

Hi
There seems to be a 2 creditor minimum nonsense on websites at the moment.
If there is one creditor or 50, the a trust deed is still an option.

Hi Mark,
Try researching on the internet whether someone can be a company director while in a trust deed.
Let's just say 50% of them must be wrong!

I had a teenager tell me you need to research a topic and if 2 sources on the internet say the same you can take it as fact!!!
