Does anyone know how a trust deed can last is there a time limit? Can it be indefinite?

Hi Andrew.

There are no specific time limits.

I think you should be making some phone calls to your Trustee

Hi Andrew,

As TDA has advised there is no specific time limit placed on a Trust Deed.

Is there a particular reason why your Trust Deed has continued for so long?
