Hi everyone
Could someone let me know how long it would take to set up a Trust Deed if this was to be the best option.
I've checked the web and it seems to range from weeks to months depending on who you ask.

Hi martinedc,
It can be set up as soon as you like - as soon as the trust deed is signed it is in place and legally binding - though it is best to get advice first and make sure you are certain before signing anything.
The trust deed isn't actually protected until 5 weeks after the date of the Gazette notice, which is usually a short time after signing (maybe a week or two)
