Well that's the house officially been taken over by northern rock yesterday as the locks were changed. The locksimth was in the middle of putting up the notices in the windows when I drove past and seen him so I stopped and asked him to call his company as nr had said no notices were needed, after hours of to-ing and thro-ing eventually he took the notice down so no notices in teh windows yay!!

We absolutely love the new house, it is fantastic to wake up in a house that doesn't smell of damp and make us feel worried about our kids health. Housing benefit is taking an age to go through - despite sending them everything from Northern rock they still wont process the application without a final letter form them with yest date on which NR said tehy will send to us on Fri but we still have to send it to council and then they estimate another 3ish weeks for it to be done after that. We will be okay for this months rent but next months will be a real struggle if they haven't got it done by then.

Anywho, hopefully NR will get the house sold soon and get their claim in to the trust deed and this time next year we will only have a few months left of the trust deed and we can start completely afresh. Soooo happy!!
