Well guys last Thursday we got the keys to our dream home !! Trust deed signed July 10, discharged January 14.
Secured help to buy mortgage on a brand new Taylor wimpey build ! Used a broker through TW advice - Tim at Stan Collins, we were totally honest re our history and had no issues getting our mortgage with Halifax through HTB
There really is life after trust deed - just be a bit patient and a lot honest !!!!
