Hi,

When going onto a TD can HMRC be one of your creditors if you owe them money if its penalties?

Thanks.

Yes pipsaholic - debts to HMRC can be (and are) included in trust deeds.

Is there a list of creditors that you accept or reject or all debts are covered?

All debts are covered, as long as there is evidence that a debt is owed. A very specific few may not be discharged at the end (eg Student Loans and debts incurred as a result of fraud).
