Hi And thanks so much for the support I have received from this forum. I had a very full and frank conversation with my trustee this morning. Well actually his administrator cos thats who i speak with!
He has said that the bank was at fault as the letter had asked thm to contact him not to immediately freeze my account- Now reinstated.
I have also agreed to continue on with the trust deed adding in the remainder of my repossession house debt which was known about at the time of my Trust deed.
I feel a lot better and have discussed things through with them and know where we are going
