I was in a trust deed with Wilson Andrews from 2/2010 and received my form 5 in July 2013. I did receive my form 6 after that but I have lost the letter.

I have recently received a letter from Moriarty Law saying they are looking for someone with my name, and for me to get in touch. When I looked up the company online I learned they are a debt collection agency that are of dubious reputation. If this is in fact someone chasing debt, it has to be from my time in the trust deed..
I am looking on advice on how to deal with this? Should I get in touch with them, thereby giving them my contact details or should I ignore this letter. I am quite worried about this as I have been out of the trust deed now for almost 5 years with no problems at all.

Welcome to the forum Itsalwaysyou.

I'd suggest contacting them to get this sorted out.

They're unlikely to cease contacting you otherwise and it sounds like you've nothing to fear.

I'd agree - otherwise it'd likely just niggle away at the back of your mind!
