Hi all,I've been a member of the forum previously, but forgot log in details so had to re-register(previously Big D).I have been discharged from my TD(since 24th April 2014)but heard nothing from my IP(CreditFix). After a few phone calls, relevant discharge documents have been sent out. I now have a Form 6,Form 7,copy of letter sent to creditors and Abstract of Receipts and Payments.Should I not also have a T5 form? Also, after checking on Experian, all my creditors and debts, defaults and amounts are still listed, should these not have been updated? My AiB entry shows date of discharge etc. Any help MUCH appreciated
Hi BigDB
You should have received copy Form 5, however i wouldn't worry too much as the main thing is that this is registered with the AIB website.

Thanks for the reply. Can't say I'm entirely happy with CreditFix,very little if any updates or correspondence. As for my credit report, how do I go about getting it amended and up to date? Some entries are over 2 years old.
Hi BigDB,
Your completely debt free! Congratulations.
A Trustee will pay creditors their dividend at the end of the Trust Deed and then the case will be closed. At this point it's then up to the individual creditor to update your credit file with accurate information.
Your credit rating and the information contained on your credit report doesn't automatically update unfortunately and it can take a little effort from you to resolve this and ensure the information on it is accurate and correct.
You will need to check all three main credit reference agencies, Experian, Equifax and Callcredit. This should show you what your credit rating looks like as there isn't one single source that has all of the information.
If you want to have anything changed you will need to write to that individual lender and request they update the details on the credit report.
There is a lot of useful information on the forum at the moment regarding this very subject which you will find useful.
