Hi Mark

I wrote last week about my situation and my last correspondance with your advisors is that I may have to go bankrupt - after a very intense talk with my partner and his father his father has offered to pay half our morgage until my husband finds employment of some sort- we wondered if this would help me enter into a TD as it frees up around ?é?ú200 a month of my salary but we were wondering if I should sign the house over to my partner and pay my half into his account to pay the morgage - any advise would be grateful in this regard

Hi all

sorry just back from a long long meeting.

This may be a very good option. There is nothing to stop a third party making contributions to assist in Trust Deeds ( or any other solution)and this will at least get things started until hubby finds employment and the finances settle.

Hi

It is looking promising that my hubby may be getting a job soon can but this has been a wake up call for me and as all debt apart from morgage is mine can you tell me if all his wage will be taken into account if I still go into a TD or DMS of some sort

Hi lori51

the normal process will be to look at all household income and deduct all household expenditure and see what type of surplus is left. This would happen whatever the option was.
