Hi tuttie

Best if you give some more details of who creditors are, any assets etc and hopefully there will be a solution for you.

Regards

Hi tuttie

a Trust Deed may well be an option for you. On the information availabe, I don't think a debt management plan is sufficient and bankruptcy is a last option to look at. That then leaves Trust Deed or Debt Arrangement Scheme. The DAS requires payment of the debt in full over a longer period, with no debt relief whereas the Trust Deed allows an element of debt write off.

I suppose the solution depends on what you can realistically afford to pay per month

Hi tuttie

based on the level on debt and potential contribution, a trust deed is an option over 3 years. The DAS scheme also appears to be an option, although this would be closer to 6 years
