wondering if you can help,i am entering into a trust deed and was wondering if all creditors that are in my name have to be put on.i have two catalogues that i run as an agent and are paid for by customers.just wondering were i stood with this

Hi there
The general rule is all creditors are added. The basis of the agreement with the catalogue would depend if this should be added.
For instance, if you have a sub agreement with customers and they are liable for payment of the goods, then this is possibly unlikely to be added.
