I'm new here and looking for some advice. I have had 2 previous trust deeds one years ago when my ex wife ran up a load of debt .. Now I'm struggling because my job has cut my bank holiday overtime and giving us days in leu instead. Could pay all my bills when I was getting regular bank holiday money but now it's getting really hard. Can I apply for a third trust deed thanks

Hi Munrodude and welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear that you have found yourself financially struggling again and are now considering another Trust Deed to help you deal with your debts.

When did you complete your second Trust Deed?

Entering into another Trust Deed should be fine and itโ€™s a lot more common than you think.

Can you tell us how much debt you have, if you have any assets such as own your house or a car and also how much you feel you could afford to pay per month towards a plan?

Hi Munrodude

I doubt there would be any problem in setting up another Trust Deed. There certainly isn't any legal reason you cannot, and as long as you can meet the normal criteria for acceptance then it should be straightforward. Myself or David would be happy to advise further if you want to contact us with more details.
