Hi newbie on here need some advise my husband and I entered a PTD april 2011 and last payment was made to Apex on the 1st April 2015. There was a slight mixup near regarding final payment and contacted my case manager anyway got it all sorted and confirmed and could go ahead and cancel DD (relief) but then today we got a letter from Apex to complete our income/outgoings again don't understand why, so telephoned the number on it and to be told I have overpaid and my husband still has a payment to make and then discovered we had a new case manager as the other Apex office was now closed? but my previous case manager said if I made payment of £257 instead of the (£27 I owed) and my husband £250 (he owed £480) this would complete our 2 PTD at the same time which was 1st April and then we would be sent form 5. Now we are awaiting return call from our new case manager, but I'm totally confused now as to why a new case manager has been put in place at the final payment stage

We could only guess why your case manager has changed. It might well be down to the office closure you mention, someone leaving the firm, or the firm operating a separate case closure team. I'm sure they'll tell you if you ask them.
I'm glad to hear that you've both reached the very final stages of your trust deeds; that's no small achievement so congratulations.
