Hi David, ok thanks for the clarification on my wages/benifits.... yes I just received it today, was working nightshift last night so shall fone tomorrow morning when my heads clear...... I have looked through the info u sent along with pack and after looking at everything I pay out n the income I get in, bankruptcy is the best way for me to go. Still waiting on a bank appt with barclays but if I haven't got it set up in time my mum and sister said I can use there account temporary until I get an account.....

Well that's now my barclays account open 🙂 had to wait for an appt as a small branch now I'm just waiting on bankstatements from bos and then I can send away my forms.... Feeling a lot more relieved now, such a weight off my shoulders. One question do I send original wage slips or photocopies???
