i just recieved a letter from my trustee wanting any new details etc n wages slips n bank statements,i have been off sick since start off moth just getting statuary sick pay £17 a day<i dunno how im supposed to pay rent never mind my trustee,i will call himm but can any of yous shed some light on it plz

The best thing to do is provide the information. As you are in a sequestration, then it is likely the Trustee will reduce the contribution accordingly.

Have you been making any payments to your sequestration?
I wouldn't worry too much about the letter asking for wages slips and bank statements as this is just a standard procedure. Give your Trustee a call to advise of your change in circumstances and they should stop your payment accordingly until you are back working.
Once you are back working you can look at commencing with payment again. If it's a case that you may be unable to return to work then your Trustee can decide to close off your file.
Communication is key with things like this. It's always best to pick up the phone and speak with them.
