I was telephoned earlier this evening from a company called Debt masters direct asking me whether I would like to enter into a trust deed. I am wondering if anyone has heard of them and what they are like?
Hello pink and welcome to the forum.
I haven't heard of them. I suspect they will look to introduce you to a trust deed firm, I'm not aware that they are one.
I'm not sure whether this was a cold-call, but from years of experience on this forum I'd urge you to steer clear if it was.
A trust deed might be right for you. If it is it's worth doing a little research to find the best firm to provide you with the service. The feedback on this forum about different firms ranges from dreadful to excellent.
Thanks for replying. Yes it was a cold call. I'm not sure how they got my number.
Hi pink
It's not a company I have ever heard of and guess they will be a middle man company who will pass you on to someone else.
You will probably see from previous posts that you should be very careful with cold calls advising that the trust deed is your best option. If there are debt issues, you should sit down & chat through all options available and decide what best suits you. Never decide based on a commission based middle man.
Speak with an IP company direct, have a face to face chat & ensure all questions are answered. Then make sure all matters are confirmed in writing for you to review. Only at that time should you look at making a decision.

If you check google about this company you will see their domain registrant is creditfix limited and a further check on google is not great, have a look.
