16 calls... Thats unbelievable. Thats almost worse than the creditors calling you.

Take your time and think about things and as we have said speak to a number of people for advice and you will then be able to consider your options and who you feel comfortable with. There is no rush and no one should put any pressure on you and certainly not call you 16 times!

The problem is that it will probably be an automated system, so if you don't answer you are automatically put in the queue for a call back later.
It's not like calling someone for a second date and eventually getting the hint when they don't answer your calls (not that that ever happened to me of course!!)
