my trust deed was discharged in january 2011 but in april and june2012 i received letters from the company requesting up to date financial information, to my knowledge i don't have to provide this information to them any more. is this correct?
also, one other question, is it correct that any ppi claim that has been received after the discharge date is mine to keep?

Phone them up asking for clarification. My IP sent me out similar forms 6 months after the TD ended. A quick phone call settled my mind as I was told they had been sent by mistake and just to bin them.

If you have the letter of discharge , then from my understanding all funds should go to you , however did you get discharged but your trustee remained to sort out PPI claims ? it also depends when your trust deed was signed , its only my opinion so please wait for an expert to clarify matters.[8D]

Hi pinkpig1979.

As sofytop has said, a call to your trust deed firm to confirm the position would be a sensible move.

Did you receive formal confirmation of your discharge?

Pinalta makes a good point as well. Regarding PPI you need to confirm whether your trustee remained in office after your discharge to look into PPI claims.
