Hi all
My mortgage with Scotwest was not approved which is disappointing but so far the progression with my Halifax application has been good. Had anyone had one approved after a TD?

Sorry to hear about the Scotwest mortgage application.
Not sure about Halifax - have you considered speaking to a financial advisor - they will be able to discuss likelihood for being approved for mortgages after successfully completing a trust deed.

Yes I'm dealing with one, he thought Scotwest would go through and it didn't so we are now trying Halifax but I just wondered if anyone had tried and what their experience was. Thanks
